Refund policy

Thank you for supporting handmade. Because every Mooniland piece is handcrafted and many are made to order, please read these terms carefully.

• Handmade & made-to-order. Each item is individually handmade, so slight variations in color, size, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.
• Defective or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@mooniland.net within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
• Change of mind. Because items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• Return shipping. For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
• Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item (or photo proof for damaged goods).
• Non-returnable. Final-sale or clearance items and gift cards.
