Shipping policy

  • Processing time (made to order). Most pieces are made to order and ship within 5-10 business days after your order is placed. You will receive tracking once it ships.
  • Where we ship from. Orders are fulfilled from our US and China warehouses, depending on stock and your location.
  • Estimated delivery (after processing). United States: about 3-7 business days (US warehouse). UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, and rest of world: about 10-20 business days (China warehouse).
  • Customs & import duties. For international orders, any import taxes or duties are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected at checkout.
  • Tracking & delays. If tracking has not updated for 10+ business days, email support@mooniland.net and we will help.
  • Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address; we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.
